Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites to participate in the webinar. However if you're interested in taking the CEH certification, you should have at least two year’s IT work experience and familiarity of both Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
The following additional skills or knowledge will enable you to derive maximum benefit from this course:
- TCP/IP networking
- Security frameworks, e.g. ISO27001
- Data Standards, such as PCI-DSS & GDPR
- Shell scripting – either Bash or Python
You will ideally hold at least one of the following certifications or have knowledge at an equivalent level: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+.
Please note: You must be 18 years or older to attend this course. If you are 16 or 17 years old, EC-Council will consider your eligibility for this course once you provide written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
